Information we collect
WebSruthi may collect information you submit through enquiry forms or direct communication, including your name, business contact details, company, website, country, service requirement, budget preference, message and any optional project file you choose to attach. Uploaded files are used only to review the enquiry and are not intentionally stored in a public website directory. We may also collect basic technical and campaign information such as referral source, browser data, advertising identifiers and IP address. IP and form-session data may be processed to prevent automated submissions, enforce rate limits and investigate website abuse.
How we use the information
We use enquiry information to respond, understand project requirements, prepare proposals, deliver services, maintain business records, improve the website and evaluate marketing performance.
Spam and security controls
The enquiry form uses layered controls including session verification, anti-forgery tokens, hidden bot-detection fields, timing checks, rate limiting, content-risk signals and file validation. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited browser and network information to distinguish people from automated traffic. Suspicious submissions may be rejected or recorded in minimal security logs without being treated as sales leads.
Service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, email, analytics, CRM, scheduling, messaging, payment and automation providers used to operate the service. We share only what is reasonably required for those purposes.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained for the business relationship, legal obligations and reasonable record keeping. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No internet transmission is completely risk-free, so please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or highly confidential data through public forms. Attachments are restricted by size, extension and detected content type, remain in temporary server storage only while the email is prepared, and are not intentionally placed in a public website directory. These checks reduce risk but are not a substitute for antivirus scanning; no public upload channel should be treated as suitable for secrets or regulated personal information.
