Service terms
Last updated: 27 July 2026. A project-specific proposal or agreement will define the exact commercial terms for each engagement.
Scope and acceptance
Each paid engagement is governed by a written proposal describing deliverables, customer and WebSruthi responsibilities, timeline, revision limits, third-party costs, acceptance points and support period.
Payments
Work begins after the agreed advance is received. Unless a proposal states otherwise, defined projects may use milestone payments of 50% at commencement, 30% at the approved design or content milestone and 20% before production launch.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for timely decisions, accurate and lawful content, permission to use supplied assets, access to required systems and payment of agreed third-party charges.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, email, advertising, messaging, CRM, payment services, APIs and AI platforms may have separate fees, availability and terms. WebSruthi cannot control interruptions or policy changes in third-party services.
Results
WebSruthi commits to the agreed scope and professional care. Search rankings, lead volume, sales, advertising return and uninterrupted third-party availability cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are defined in the proposal. Completed work, committed resources, licences and third-party charges are generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Restricted work
WebSruthi may decline unlawful, deceptive, sanctioned, blacklisted, gambling-related or other high-risk work that conflicts with its trust principles.
